5.1 Claims Amounts profile

When a CDM Statement created in accordance with the Claims Amounts profile of this part of the CDM standard that is sent to a licensee in response to a DSR Message received by the licensor, the following Records shall be communicated in this order:

  1. One CDMH.01 Record;

  2. One or more summary Records of type CS01.01 followed by none, one or more sub-summary Records of type CS02.01;

  3. None, one or more Blocks that contain the following Records:

    1. One claim detail Record of type CD01.01. This Record provides data describing:

      1. The resource for which sales and/or usage data was provided in the DSR Message received by the licensor to which the CDM Statement is a response;

      2. The musical work used in the resource;

      3. The claims being made by the licensor in respect of the musical work for a specific right, including territory and claim period, as well as data about the sales context; and

      4. The financial amounts calculated as being due in respect the claims being made by the licensor in respect of the musical work;

    2. 0-n auxiliary data Records of type CX01 which can be used to provide further details on the preceding CD01 Record; and

  4. One SRFO Record.

 

The Record types are defined in detail in Part 2 of the CDM standard.

To indicate that a CDM Statement is created in accordance with Claims Amounts profile, the Profile Cell in the CDMH.01 Record shall be set to ClaimsAmounts and the ProfileVersion Cell to 2.0.
